Job Profile
We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Administrator for our Conroe branch to provide Tier 1 support for our enterprise resource planning system (PACT) and internal software (Pipeline), including user onboarding/offboarding, account maintenance, and issue resolution. This role will also handle general service desk requests and provide Tier 2 support using Office 365 and Active Directory. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to contribute to documentation and process improvements.

Job Duties
- Provide Tier 1 support for PACT (enterprise resource planning system) & Pipeline (software) incl onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee user accounts
- Troubleshooting break and fix issues such as Citrix and Remote Desktop Services; & escalating relevant issues or requests to development team.
- Provide Tier 1 support for all service desk requests.
- Provide Tier 2 support via Office 365 & Active Directory administrative consoles.
- Escalate to Tier 3 for break/fix or development requests incl tracking initial troubleshooting & assigning requests to proper queues
- Identifying missing documentation on the IT and end user sides
- Assisting in creating and testing documentation.
- Maintain company-wide backups & remediate daily reports for failures/inconsistencies.
- Monitor company-wide antivirus and remediate daily reports for warnings and alerts.
- Review Windows and application updates and security patches for failures or break/fix.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
- A minimum of 1 yr relevant exp each in PACT (enterprise resource planning system); in Datalogger, Content Management Interface, & Torque Hub Integration; & in Diagnostic Tools and Software.
- Will accept educational equivalency evaluation prepared by qualified evaluation service or in accordance with 8 CFR Section 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(D).
