To better support our teams, our clients, and our long-term strategy, we’ve restructured how our operations are organized across North America. We’re proud to announce that DFI has officially transitioned from a traditional branch model to a regional office structure.
This new model allows us to centralize resources, streamline communication, and deliver greater consistency across every area we operate in. While this shift changes how we’re structured, our focus remains the same – delivering industry-leading piling services wherever our clients are.
Each regional office will serve as a hub for operations in its surrounding area: coordinating projects, supporting crews, and housing critical functions like logistics, project management, and technical services. These regional offices are backed by DFI Corporate in Edmonton, Alberta.

- Weyburn, Saskatchewan
What’s not changing? Our reach. We will continue to serve all the same regions we have in the past—just from more connected and strategically located hubs. This structure is about improving how we work, not limiting where we work. We’re confident this move will make DFI stronger, more efficient, and even more supportive of our people and projects.
