Job Profile
The Branch Administrator is responsible for ensuring field paperwork is processed, staff are fully trained and outfitted for field operations, provides reception duties, and supports the Branch Manager.

Job Duties
- Review and schedule employee safety courses orientations prior to being dispatched to ensure compliance with client
- Assist with call answering into dispatch when volume requires
- Build, process and track hourly job packages for submission to A/R
- Assist with onboarding of new hires
- Booking of crew accommodations (flights, hotels, rental cars, etc.)
- Ordering PPE, inspection books, etc. from head office
- Managing inventory of various office and shop supplies, ordering as needed.
- Schedule staff to complete safety courses, customer orientations and competencies as required to maintain compliance
- Process mail, distribute accordingly, deposit checks via mobile banking app.
- Assist in setting up vendors and maintaining communication to ensure proper invoicing
- Occasionally assist with miscellaneous company projects (tradeshows/ DFI Day, etc.)
- Assist with maintaining compliance with DISA, ISNetworld, etc.
- Assist with booking annual renewals (IRP/Registration/Inspection) for equipment compliance
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Software
- 2+ years in construction administration or
- 2+ years in logistics administration role
- High School Diploma, minimum; Administrative Professional certificate or diploma an asset
- Microsoft Suite proficiency, a must
- Minimum 1 year of related experience
